This was announced as happening when Android 5.0 was released, and there is STILL no update. Is there anything going to happen with an update to 5.1, or are we out of luck? One of the main selling points when I bought this phone was that it was on the upgrade list. My son just got his upgrade to 6.0 on TMobile on his device, and I'm still on 4.4. If TMobile worked in our area south of where we live, we'd have switched by now.
Motorola had announced that they won't be creating any further software updates for that phone, but they are offering Ultra users discounts on newer devices that have upgraded software versions-
