I'm having issues with my droid2 that I shouldn't have for use of a little over a month.
1) I have dust under my screen
2) My keyboard has long marks on it right under the upper lip from the slider
3) One side of the slider is slightly lifted
My local verizon store will not help me with this due to many very ignorant employees.
Please help me.
Thanks

Hi Tb -
Unfortunately this is a peer to peer support forum (at least primarily).
Is there another store nearby that you can try? Is this a corporate store or one of the "reseller" stores? I typically find more knowledgeable people at the corp stores, but mileage may vary.
You might also try 611 and see if they will help, rather than going into the store.

as jason was saying you can try one of the other stores verizon has a contract with to sell their products. i use best buy and not only is the insurance $10 cheaper a month the help is much better and the lines much shorter.

the dust under your screen i dont know how to fix know but this is why there are screen protectors sold and they have lifetimewarranty (free of charge just sign up for in within a certain amount of time from day of purchase) and the same cleaner used forglasses sold at eye glass stores like sears optical and the lens cloth can used to safely clean your phone. the marks from theslider is normal wear and tear. one side of my sliding keyboard is also slightly offline again normal wear and tear (same assliding keyboard eventually sticking, I text a lot so ive worn my phone down quicker then others). because the phone is a sliderand touch screen it is a good idea to get insurance on the phone and renew it every year. so these normal wear and tear issueswont be a concern. the best i can tell you is if you dont have insurance get it now you wouldnt want to pay full price for anotherphone is something happens. and a hardcover case is a good thing to get as well if you dont have one already. mine hasprotected my phone from drops on the road, down three flights of concrete steps, sweet tea, water, hard wood floors, tiled floors, cats playing and knocking it around, and even a little food grease spills.
