My phone died and I started charging it again about two hours ago. It has the green light so I know that it is charging. It won't turn on though and it is on this black screen with white lettering that says "Bootloader 30.04 Battery Low Cannot Program" What's going on here?
Try pulling the battery out, then re-inserting it and see if it will boot.
If not, follow the the procedure listed below to re-format the phone (I think this will re-set the phone to its out-of-the-box state. Everything on your SD card is safe, but it will clear the phone)..
Power Device Off First.....
1. Hold Home Button and press power
2. Screen will show a Android with a triangle with asterisk
3. Let Go of Home Button and Power
4. Press Search Button (Far Left Button at the bottom front of the phone)
5. A blue menu will show at top of page, scroll to Format Device
6. Select Yes to verify
7. Allow format to complete (Information at bottom of page will go through a few steps)
8. Once Format is complete Blue Menu will show at top again, select Reboot.
Note: Use volume up and down to select option and use camera button as Enter...

How low was your battery before you started to recharge it? If it was 15% or less, it needs a good, and I mean good, charge for at least 8 hours on the wall charger and not hooked to your PC. If your battery was drained to less than 5%, than it needs a good 12 hour charge on the wall charger.

It looks like Droid X trying to bootup into service mode.
Power off and hold down the Home button and Power on.
Start a new topic or ask questions in the open forum.
