Jabra Wave with Droid X

Does anyone have a Jabra Wave Bluetooth headset that they use with their Droid X.  I love the comfortably of mine but am having the following issues.

1.  Voice Command Prompts come into the headset at a very low low volume even if sound is set higher.

2.  When I receive a call the ring in the headset starts low and builds up to a deafening level.

3.  Caller ID does not come through on the head set.

Any insight would be great.  I have been through a Jawbone Icon and Voyager Pro already both of which did not fit my ear well.  Thanks.

The issues you are experiencing could be caused by your Bluetooth device not connecting properly.  Follow the steps below for resetting your Jabra Wave Bluetooth device.   If resetting the device does not resolve the problems you are having, I recommend contacting the manufacture for additional trouble shooting assistance.  I have provided the manufacturers contact information below:

To Reset Your headset:
It is possible to reset the headset. Turn the headset ON. Then ’Press
and hold’ the volume down and answer/end buttons at the same
time for approx. 5 seconds until the battery icon and Bluetooth
icon flash 5 times simultaneously - then the pairing list is reset.
Turn the headset OFF. The next time you power on, the headset
will go into pairing mode as the first time you powered your
new Jabra WAVE on.
Jabra contact information below, if you should need additional assistance.

2. Phone:

Yeah Jabra gave me the same instructions.  Finally they said there was nothing more they could do.  While the headset was the most comfortable one I have had I can not recommend it to work with the Droid X.  I went with a BlueAnt T1 and am very happy with it so far.
