Just ordered X on the 15th

I just ordered My droid X on the 15th but i havent get an email from Verizon yet...also i seem cannot check my order status because it said they doesnt have my order

I have heard a few times of people ordering the phone, but getting no correspondence about it until they received a note from Fedex saying that the phone was being shipped.

Yeah, I've heard that too.  Did you at least get your order confirmation email?  If you paid on a credit card for the phone you should at least get that confirmation.

My order number and tracking info wasnt available for a while and then the order number i did get was completely different than what the CS rep had on file.

Call CS and have them track the order using your name and whatever other info they need besides order number.

Okay did you bother doing as i suggested and calling customer service in giving them your name in information other than your order number? I see where this thread is going in your going to get angry And unreasonable. f y i i sent this using google voice to test

btw, i did call the CS and they said it is backordered until the 24th. i tend to left short reply

Ordered my X on the 13th from a Verizon store. I know nothing more today than the day I ordered it. Am I suppose to recieve a confirmation and tracking number ordering from the store. Might have to call 1-800-2-JOIN-IN later to see whats up with my order. I hate to be a PITA but I hate being left in the dark for something I was already charged for.

I just got off the phone with customer service 1 -800-2-join-in. Talked to the lady and she came up with a tracking number and said it should be delivered by 7pm the 21st. I punched in the Fex-Ex tracking numbers from what I see it was shipped the 17th and its on the truck for delivery today
