Not sure exactly what you're looking for here, but, if you're concerned about having to slide to unlock your phone when you wake it up, I don't think that's an option (it's not on mine), but you can try menu> settings> location & security. If you are worried about your screen timing out while you are using your phone, go to menu> settings> display> screen timeout, and adjust accordingly. Another option for screen timeout, if you don't want it set very long, is to install screebl from the market, this will allow you to keep your screen on as long as you are using your phone. I have this, with my screen timeout set at the minimum (15 sec, I think) so my screen stays on as long as I am holding my phone, and turns off almost immediately after laying it flat. Hope this helps, otherwise more information on your issue is needed.

Are you talking about the part where you need to slide the thing to the side, or some type of password?
If it's a password you should be able to turn it off in Menu> Settings> Location and Security> Change Screen Lock.
If you have a corporate email account set up you may not be able to turn it off. This is a setting that the exchange administrator can set.

If you're talking about the locking device that you have to swipe to the right, there are a few apps on the market that you can download. I use "No Lock."
