Keyboard No Longer Works After Upgrade to 2.3.4

Upgrade went without error. However, the keyboard doesn't work. I can see it and type on it, but nothing appears in the text fields on several basic apps. Aaaugg.

thanks for pointing this out i did some checking on this an your absalutly right when they have the item listed in a different way it can take alittle time finding it. Wildman i appolagise when i said it was'nt there i just didd'nt know that it was there but worded different it kind of makes you feel like an ars if you what i mean . but i did find it an after looking a little more into it i found out you can Calibrate the keyboard. an i provided the Link to show how to do it

An to clear the Cache for the keyboard: Go to Settings> Application > Manage Applications > Select All > Scroll all the way down to Touch Inpute Clear Data Then Force Stop. B33
@Pooky: Give these two things a try on your Inc. an see if it helps ya i'm gona give it try an good luck too ya. B33
Update: i did the cache clear an then i did the calibration doing the calibration helped because it sences your touch
when tapping the keyboard. Keys B33

Try Setting / Applications / Manage Application / All Tab / Keyboard / Clear Data

Wildman, I'm not sure if the the Sense keyboard is listed under "Keyboard" in the Manage Applications area. I checked my Tbolt and I couldn't even find the stock multi-touch keyboard application.

Wildman your not going to believe this but Keyboard is not listed in the All section at all i looked for it Twice an its not there so if you need to do the clear then how can you then Do it. By doing a system Cache Clear Maybee. Or Fr. B33
