Keyboard,signal, and just overall issues....

Hey All!!

 

My phone will all of a sudden stop vibrating while I'm texting or doing other things that require the keyboard. It will scroll all by it's self and it loses signal often. I have done the *228 update on it. But that doesn't help the signal issue. Has anyone else had these issues?? Have you had them solved..This is my 2nd one of these phones and I've only had it since February....

Thank you for your inquiry,

 

For your first issue, I just want to make sure the settings on your phone are correct. Go to Settings>Language & Keyboard>Touch Input>Text Input>Vibrate when typing. Make sure this is checked. I am not showing your other two issues as known issues with this device. Did you have this issue with both devices? Is the phone scrolling in a certain application or just on the main screen? With your signal issues, is this happening just in one location or multiple? If it is happening in multiple locations, I would suggest a master reset on the device or replacing the device again. If it is just in one location, we can submit a trouble ticket for that area.
