While typing a text message my keyboard will disappear and go to another screen. Or while typing the screen will stop showing what I am typing and I have to stop, turn off texting then go back to the text message to finish it. It takes a long time to finish a 10 word text if there are 10 words in the text message. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

We have received reports from customers regarding this being an issue and we discovered that users were blocking the proximity sensor that turns off the screen.
