Just wondering if any one knows why my ringtones don't work on this phone. I downloaded them from verizon, but when I look at my ringtone list, they are
marked yellow, not green and I am unable to get them to work.
You have to call Warranty Center on your phone. The number is 1 800 406 5154. You will have to choose what you want when the recording tells you what your options are. Once you are talking to a Verizon Helper you just tell them that your ringtone that you purchased didnt show up and they will get it on there for you.
