Lan yard?!

so im about to order my phone tomorrow! but was wondering if it had a built in lan yard hole? or if the clear case has 1 built in? thanks in advance!

does anyone know if you can strap this chain on it? and wear it around your neck?

I know what you mean...I work in an ER and wear a lanyard for my badges, ect......

I don't think you can, however, I do see two small holes (not input of any kind) on the bottom left corner right on the 'L'.

I have no idea what they are for, if I were you I would stop into a local verizon store and look at one and check it out.

But-they are really small, I don't think a typical hospital badge chain would fit through and even if it did, I wouldn't trust it to hold my droid......they will crack if dropped and the chains are flimsy.  I've had one break just from daily use of wearing a badge.

Ah OK, never really used those even when they came with phone ... But back to question, Verizon has a few form fitting cases that may have something like that on it, the case I got is the one with the case and a holster and looking at it now I believe that you could mod it easily to work with that.  This may be worth looking into.

Those two holes at the bottom are for a lanyard like the one you posted.  They are in the bottom left corner and it looks like the case you want does have a hole cut out for access to the lanyard holes.  I'm not sure if you can get a lanyard for your phone to go around your neck though.  I hope that helps!

why wouldnt I be able to get a lanyard for the droid x? you can just buy them online..no?

I guess you can.  I just said that because the one you posted was for the wrist.  I've never seen anyone wear a cell phone around their neck.

ohh ok, ya im sure you can get a neck one though, wouldnt hurt, unless it was dropped from it.. but we'll see ill buy one and see how it goes, ill keep in touch! thanks for all your replies!
