Seems that when I call a land line my caller ID shows up as "SCRM MAIN CA"
I called Verizon yesterday and they said they do not put names with their caller ID. But this name is being interpreted as spam callers. HOW do I fix this.

is this a prepaid cell? or contract cell?
how long have you had it?
you can change the number if its a contract
