Las Vegas is down so it's coming West too

Las Vegas, NV has been down for about an hour now.  Neither my Charge phone nor my Verizon Pantech UML290 3G/4G modem can get a signal and my area usually has STRONG 4G signal.  BTW, no 3G either.  It's coming West!
