Latest Droid 1 upgrade 2.2.2 FRG83G

I thought it was supposed to take care of the bug that caused text messages to randomly delete? I just went to send one and I had none in my inbox, and I'm not talking about new messages, I didn't have any, period. So my phone deleted them again after the latest update.

My phone has NEVER done that before or after 2.2.2. It must have something to do with some of your apps or a corrupted file, etc.

It didn't do this right when I bought the phone, but a few months after, it started. And it's done this about 4 times in all and I've seen other people with the same problem and I heard it was going to be fixed in the latest update but it wasn't.
