Led light blinking green then orange .........

I have the droid incredible for a while now. Love the phone. Twice in the past 2 weeks, while using Google navigation and having the phone plugged into the car for charging, the led light began to blink green and orange slowly. What does that mean ?

Isnt that a charging issue??? If I use the charger and Google navigation, my device will not charge but very slowly discharge.

Found the following on another forum. "Many HTC phones have had blinking orange or alternating blinking green-orange to indicate overheating. It may not be something you notice but can still be happening. Are you using the OEM charger?'

A constantly blicking LED that is alternating orange and green is the battery overheating. With weather heating up do you keep your phone out of the sun in the car or in front of one of the cold air blowing AC vents? If not, that battery was at least 115 degree F and not good for the phone.

Once in a great while I have gotten the infamous multi colored LED light on my Droid Eris. It was not a happy phone during those times.
