Little Blue tab

 When I open up my keyboard, and turn my Droid2 over, there is a little blue tab behind the screen. It looks like it's attached to a vinyl film.

 What is this for? Can I take it off?

It's part of the shipping packaging. Yes, it is recommended that this layer be removed. Eventually it will bunch up as you slide your keyboard open and could cause a problem.

Peel it off.
