I have a set a password on my phone and forgot the password. Without haveing to do a hard reset, is there a way to reset it? I hear I am suppose to be prompted for my gmail login info but that is not happening. Any help would be appreciated.

I have worked with many customers who have locked themselves out of their phones. In order for you to unlock your phone you have to attempt to enter your password 5 times. Once the password is rejected on the 5th time you will be prompted to sign in using your Google credentials. I hope this helps. Thanks.
