I keep my phone locked with a pin to keep my kids from playing. I changed the pin this afternoon and I can't get back in. I've entered a pin over 600 times. The phone has no't prompted me to enter information to reset via the gmail account my phone is associated with. The software was updated just a few days ago...I suspect that's the cause of this problem. Factory reset is NOT an option. There has to be a way to get back in without losing everything.

I'm very sorry to tell you this the only option is a factory reset. For your protection we don't have a way to remotely unlock your device.
