Looking to replace my X2 (Again)

I posted previously on these forums about my issues; freezing, resetting, sluggishness, shortened battery life.

I've tried every recommended method, hard reset, safe mode to load without third party apps nothing helps.

I went to the store where they were unable to duplicate my problem so they were unable to give me a replacement phone at the store,  I was told that my account was "flagged" somehow in order to assist me.

I'd like to know what I need to do now in order to get yet another replacement phone, maybe even one that works.
