If anyone can help, I keep losing calls on my Samsung charge. I'm ready to throw the darn thing out the window.

Katy,
There is another thread where this topic is being discussed that could give you more info. Here's the link: http://community.vzw.com/t5/DROID-Charge-by-Samsung/Samsung-CHARGE-DROPPED-CALLS/td-p/618318

If you live in arizona it has been a big issue here with"dead air". But seems like it is fixed for the past two out three days now.

Others have posted to this forum from Maryland, complaining about dropped calls as well. If the situation in AZ that DC5_K20Z1 was actually a network problem, as he describes, perhaps the same thing is happening in MD. You should look at the other threads and follow the steps suggested there to escalate the issue to VZW, and at least find out if they are aware of the situation, are taking steps to fix it and when the fix might be completed.

I've been having the "dead air" issue in RI so I think it may be more widespread than AZ. Although maybe more rare in these parts. Not sure just hope it gets fixed.
