Lost GPS Toggle on Upgrade to Gingerbread

The upgrade went well.  No lost data.

Somehow Lost the GPS Toggle Widget.  Replaced it from the Market.

Any thoughts on why the GPS toggle went away?

Any thoughts on the validity of replacing it?

i didn't lose mine and keep it on the desktop.

I reinstalled from the Market and it is looking food.

That is Juice Defender (https://market.android.com/details?id=com.latedroid.ultimatejuice&feature=search_result) , Kaspersky Mobile Antivirus and usb connecton..
