JUST BOUGHT MY BIONIC ON MONDAY AND THE LED'S WON'T WORK. I CALLED THE TECHIES AND THEY TRIED TO FIX IT FROM THERE WITH NOT LUCK. WENT ONTO THE STORE FOR THOSE GUYS TO FIX IT AND EVEN THE DISPLAY MODEL'S LIGHTS WON'T WORK. ARE THERE ANY APPS THAT I CAN INSTALL TO FIX THIS OR IS THERE AN UPDATE I NEED TO DO? I HAVE OTHER FRIENDS WHO HAVE THE NEW PHONE AND THEIR LED'S WORK JUST FINE. MY STORE IS STUMPED AND MY 14 DAYS IS GONNA BE HERE SOON SO IF I HAVE TO RETURN IT FOR A NEW ONE I'D LIKE TO KNOW...ANYONE ELSE HAVING THIS PROBLEM? PLEASE HELP :smileysad:

There is no chargeing light to my knowlege except the regular battery logo on top right corner when phones on and the battery w/ percentage when u press the power if off... i could be wrong. Green blinks if u have a notification but only when its a sleep. Only under non powersaver to. Are u doing battery powersaver? U might see lights if u arent under power saver

return it if the store can't even get the light to work. no light, even when it's plugged in? an app won't fix a broken light.

Ok so even if sleep mode my LED'S wouldn't work.  i have tried to get the store to take it back but they say it's a software glitch so I don't know what to do..... guess I should wait for an update. But then again when I updated my X2 last month it messed up my texting and powered my phone off all the time.Either way I'm screwed it seems lol

Finallyfree1608, thank you for sharing your concern about your device. I definitely understand why you would want this feature working on your brand new phone. I have seen a few reports of this on the Bionic, but it doesn't seem to be on the majority of phones and we have been unable to duplicate it. One thing I have seen help some other model phones is by clearing cache is some of the applications that use the LED. Email, messaging, etc. This will not delete any of the info in those applications. To clear cache, go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>All>Messaging>Clear data/cache.

If the LED is still not working, you can try a factory reset or have the phone exchanged for a new one within 14 days.
