Madden 12 promo shows "phone not supported"

Called the **madden number, got the link, clicked and get a "phone not supported".  Reading the fine print it shows the Dinc2 is supported but only for 2.2, which means upgrading to Gingerbread doesn't work?  That makes absolutely no sense!  Will Verizon be fixing this before the promo ends or are will be just be SOL?

Try turning off your Wifi...    know 3 people who had the same  problem as your having and once they turned off the Wifi all went well.....

Should be working on Inc2 now....i got mine link to work yesterday, downloaded and played Madden 12 last night
