Mailbox full?

People cannot leave voicemail, the message says my mailbox is full. However, I only have about 5 minutes worth of messages in there and only8 messages total. Any possible ideas?

You should contact Verizon - they will have to have their tech group address this. Not much you can do on the user side of this.

When people call us, they get a message that says the mailbox is full. I've deleted every message I can on the phone.

MY Thunderbolt is telling callers the mailbox is full, when it is not.
