The time on my phone keeps changing. It will go from being the correct time to 4 hours ahead and then back to the correct time. It also has deleted all of my text messages, including locked ones, multiple times. I have my settings set to not delete messages and the capacity for messages is around 2,000 per conversation. My phone also will not let me send or receive picture messages anymore. I have my settings set to automatically download messages and it did this until about 2 weeks ago. Any suggestions?

Save what you need and do a master reset.

Hi Hvc_2009,

Before trying a master reset, please be aware that it will erase all the data on your device. Saving the data to a memory card or syncing to your computer is always recommended. However, its better to try a soft reset first by removing the battery and power on device. Check to make sure your time setting is set to the network to match the time. Also, it would not be recommended to keep 2000 messages on your phone because it can affect the memory on the device and impact performance.
