Media Volume

I am having problems with my media volume. It will not come on unless I turn my device off then on. I have been through settings and increased volume level but as soon as I go out, the volume goes back to mute. Has anyone else had this problem and if so, how was it resolved?

1. Check Settings >> Sounds >> Make sure Silent Mode isny checled...

2. Check Settings >> Sounds >> Volume >> Media Volume

Also remember that the media volume is only accessable when a app is open rhat uses it.

3. Check Settings >> Sounds >> Uncheck Smart Profile : Face Down if checked, this feature has been reported to cause issues.
