Hello Everyone

I need your help. I just brought a droid incredible 2 and I tried to download a ringtone and it said I didn't"t have enough memory.

I just brought this phone shouldn't"t I have memory installed.

Heres the big question, did you buy it new or used because this seems to be a common issue from time to time, I am unsure of this is because the device doesnt list anu internal memory storage.

 

Go to Settings / SD and Phone Storage and check out avaliable memory.... Because you should have a 16 gig sd card installed in device..

  • Processor: Qualcomm®MSM8655, 1 GHz Snapdragon™
  • 16GB SD card preinstalled
  • Phonebook capacity dependant upon available memory

Thanks to the community for posting.

 

I can definitely see how not getting your ringtones can be very frustrating.  I want to congratulate you on your new phone!  HTC makes great phones and the Incredible 2 is one awesome device. 

 

Where did you get your ringtone from? Have you tried to install any apps on your phone?  Did you get an error messages?  Are you able to receive texts or picture messages? 

 

Please answer these questions so I can resolve you issue.
