I find the Messaging App provided with the Droid 2 to be a bit anemic at best. Has anyone found a better solution for reading emails? For example, when viewing a new email, I would like to have an "immediate" option to move on to the next message, without having to go back to the Inbox list.

There are many alternatives to the stock email application. Feel free to browse the android market and appbrain.com. Keep in mind that all applications are from third party developers and are download at your own risk.

It appears to be the "Universal Inbox" that is anemic.
What is the purpose of the UI???
