So I bought the Microdualpvc Battery Charger for my car. It generates a horrible interference "high pitch" sort of sound through my AM Radio (yes, I listen to AM from time to time).
Has anyone else purchased this car charger and experience the same thing?
Thanks

Just an update on this .... I returned the Verizon car charger and bought the MOTO one from Amazon... The MOTO one does NOT have that AM Radio interference problem !! and is only $6 !!! (of course you also have to pay $6 just to ship it, but still is cheaper than the $25 that Verizon charges for their version of it.)

The Verizon Universal charger with the extra USB port, right? Yup, same issue, although it only seems to do for me it if I am stopped (engine off, ignition on). While driving it doesn't seem to do the same.

Someone on the Moto forum had a suggestion of switching to the Moto version of the charge (Amazon). I may look into that. The interference I get on the radio using the Verizon one is disconcerting to me - especially at $29.99 !
Thanks

I have this happen with 3 different Verizon USB chargers. Yes I listen to AM radio a lot of the time (Sports Radio). I drive an hour one way to work, and I listen to AM 1/2 the way to work. Then I get to listen to Sports Radio on FM when I get close to the halfway point.
It happens, but it happens on near the 1300 location on the dial, and only happens when I am farther away. When I am closer, I do not get the interference.

With the Verizon charger, I get the buzzing both on the the radio AND on my Droid X if I have the charger plugged in while listening to MP3s or using it as a GPS
I see several MOTO chargers on the Amazon site (P513, P313, SPN5400) - which one(s) solved the problem?
Many Thanks and have a wonderful day!
