While on last day of vacation, i went to get money out of my checking account. When there i found Verizon had debited over 400 to my account, for an amount i didnt owe. I am a new customer just over a month. After calling multiples times without any help i finally got the financial department, they informed me they couldnt find anywhere where the money had been taken out of my account. After having to get all of the paperwork they asked, i was told it would be 3 to 5 days, before they would know anything. Although I am pleased with my Droid X, being left high and dry on vacation has left me a very disgruntled customer....
