Moto Droid Help - New User

Hi..just got my Droid yesterday and WOW...need help..am coming off having the LG Voyager.

Couple of questions if anyone can help.

 

1. How can I change setting for text messages to vibrate...I want phone calls to vibrate too...office policy.

2. Is there any reminder setting for a voice message or text...voyager would remind me 15 min later if I didnt listen or read message.

3. How do I change my home screen to display time and local weather...have seen some screen shots that had that info.

Do I have to download applications?....didint really see much in the little book they give you.

You can do a Google search on your computer for "Droid manual" and download a complete user manual.
