Just got the Motorola Droid and am trying to find out if there is a way to connect it and play music stored on the Droid through my car's stereo.
I do it two different ways. In my daily transport my JVC car stereo has a Aux input on the front of the face that accepts a regular headphone jack. The kind that were used on the Walkmans of old. So I purchased a adapter from radioshack with that plug on both ends and connected it.
My other car has RCA style plugs for aux connection in the back of the stereo. So I have a another adapter purchased from radio shack as well with RCA plugs on one end with the headphone style jack on the other end.
These are not the only two ways to do this but what works for me.
I bought a Monster FM transmitter at Radio Shack that works pretty well.
