Can somebody tell me the path on the mSD that Droid uses to store music? I want to transfer my library from my PC, but I don't know what folder to create/look for.
I downloaded an .mp3 from my home ftp, but it saved to the root of the mSD, and the player didn't see it. I had to run it manually through file explorer.
Thanks for your help!

Hi,
I really don't think it matters where you save the files. However, I created a folder on the Droid for my music called "My Music" and another folder for my pictures called "My Pix". Both work good.
Hope this helps.

I use J. River Media Center 14 and here is what I did:
-Connect droid to computer via USB
-Drag down notifications and select "mount" from USB notification
-Droid shows up on the computer as a drive
-Open the droid folder and create a "Music" subfolder
-Open Media Center and add the "Music" folder on the droid as a "device"
-Select playlists that I want to sync to the droid
-Sync
It worked flawlessly.
The other way I did it was using ES File Explorer. With that, I was able to log on to a NAS drive on my wifi network and copy several .mp4 movies over to a folder I created called "Video". Better for transfering a small number of files.
Good luck!
