Motorola Droid Pro - HEATS UP After 5 minutes and is brand new

Hi, I have a new Motorola Droid Pro, which i received mid August, 2011.  After only 5 minutes of talking on it it gets pretty hot.  What can I do about it and why does this happen?  Thank you.

How hot is it getting? Go to settings > about phone and look at the battery stats.

The phone will heat up to feel warm after continued use like a long phone call.

I would like to link you to some information about the battery for your Motorola Droid Pro.  Here's the link below:

Keep in mind, normal battery expectations include: Warm to the touch while in use, and warm to the touch while charging.  However, if your battery is getting excessively hot to the touch or swelling or rupturing, this requires attention.
