Hey my wife just got this phone and she has 3 bars signal strength until she tries to actually call then it goes to no service anyone got a suggestion ??

*228, option 1, then *228 option 2
Try having her dial *228, option 2. Or, I believe it shows no bars because you can not use voice and data simultaneously.
