Motorola Widgets Problem

I'm using Gingerbread, and when I go to Motorola Widgets, I'm trying to add a subscription with the science and technology bundle via the news widget option, and everytime I try to do this it says that there is an error and that I need to try again later. It's been later for a few days now, and I hope someone has some troubleshooting tips for me because I'm lost on what to try next and I'd really like to try out this widget option because I've never had it before, and it was recently recommended to me by my Verizon rep to help myself keep up with the business. Any ideas are definitely appreciated, and if anyone needs any more info about my situation I'll be available to reply the next 4 hours. Thanks

Hi Ahall32,
Please attempt a soft reset of your device. If that does not work, please complete a master reset. I have listed the steps for both below.
Soft reset:
Remove battery while the phone is powered on
Wait 60 seconds
RE-attach the battery and power on
Try to add the widget
Master reset:
**important**This setting erases all data from your phone, including your Google or other email account settings, system and application data and settings, and downloaded applications. It will not erase current system software and bundled applications, or files stored on an optional installed memory card, such as music or photos. For this reason, please make sure the data on your device is backed up.
Select Factory Data Reset
Select Menu
Select Settings
Select Privacy
I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if this works for you.
Have a wonderful day!

Yes there is a lot there. More than I have the time or patience to continually be testing. Thanks anyway

You might want to try again. I just tried it and was able to add the bundle......
I have had problems in the past adding custom feeds. If the webpage the feed looks at is down, you will get an error.

Thankfully the soft reset worked. I really didn't think getting the bundles was important enough to me to validate the work which would have been required following a master reset, so thanks!
