I was wondering if anyone figured out a way to get the back cover not to keep on falling off every time you get the phone out of your pocket. Rather disappointed for such a wonderful phone to have this flaw get through testing.
Thanks everyone

Actually, I believe if you contact Motorola they will give you a replacement for free. They recognized it. Or you can go to the accessories section to buy a new one.

Your local Verizon Wireless Store will also order you one for free, though they are on back order.
In the meantime, you use the old trick that used to work with Nokia batteries that would come lose over time, resulting in the phone powering off or the battery falling off. Put a piece of paper between the battery and the cover. You may have to experiment with the thickness a little. This will, in the short run, replicate the fix that Motorola implemented on the new battery doors - they made the pad a little thicker.
Best of luck.
