I have provided some information below that may help.
To apply an Outlook calendar to the device you have several options. I have provided a couple of the options below:
Option 1 – Exporting the calendar from Outlook and importing it into Gmail.
Option 2 – Set up an exchange account.
The DROID 2 by Motorola supports synching with Microsoft® Exchange. To set it up you will need your domain name\Username and password as well as your Exchange Server
To connect your DROID 2 with your Exchange server,
- Tap to open the
- Tap My Accounts,
- Add Account, andCorporate Sync instructions.
- Once setup is complete, you will get a Success Message
- Tap To access your corporate email,
- Tap the . Enter the requested information and tap Next. Your Enterprise IT policy may require you to set up a password. If prompted to do so, follow the on-screen Done to close it.Messaging icon in the Applications list or on the screen to the left of the home screen. You can also use the DROID 2 Messaging widgetwhich is also located on the screen to the left of the home screen. You can access your Contacts, Corporate Directory and Calendar from your Applications list. Any icon in theApplications list can be added to the home screen. Tap and hold on the icon you want to place on the home screen, then drag it to where you want it.
