Music Problems

My issues w/ the X seem pretty small compared with some people but it still bugs.

1- I loaded some songs from my computer and they play fine, except whenever I plug in my ear-phones the Music player starts playing a random song automatically. So when I want to listen to Pandora of FM radio I have to exit out of the music player. I don't know if this is a "feature" or a glitch. I've looked in all the settings and can't find anything related. Even if I am listining to Pandora the Music player will randomly pop up and start playing music.

2-Sometimes when I'm listening to Pandora it will start skipping and the Pause button starts flashing between Play & Pause. Is this just a result of bad reception?

3- I have the "TuneIn Radio" app. and when I try to listen to Podcasts, they work fine for like 10 min. but then they just stop. Anyone know whats going on here?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ok so I figured out my problem #3 but still no solutions to #1 & 2. Has anybody else had this problem? There has to be someone else.

Try to perform a soft reset for your device. You can do this by removing the battery while the device is powered on, wait about 30 seconds then replace the battery and power on your device.
