My Droid 3 wont let me send or recieve picture messages

For a couple weeks now I haven't been able to send picture messages or recieve them. Does anyone know what to change on the Droid 3 to allow me to get the pictures?

Have you dialed *228, option 1 to reprogram your connection to the Verizon Wireless network?

What other troubleshooting have you done?

Called customer service and verified that your account is provisioned correctly?
