I've already replaced this phone once for the same issue, I got sent a refurbished phone. The refurbished phone has lasted about 4 or 5 months and it's not charging either. It lights up says it's charging but my battery level decreases. There are times it recognizes the charger but it doesn't charge. I don't know what to do i've uninstalled all the apps and it hasn't helped. Verizon won't replace it again and i don't have insurance because i've never had a problem with my phones before i got this one.

I can understand how frustrating it must be to have another device that isn't charging.
From what I can tell, it appears as though the device may be out of warranty. Since you don't have insurance or an upgrade available, you do have the option of getting a certified pre-owned device.
