I have had a Droid X2 for a couple of weeks now and have not been able to get the data usage 'My Verizon Mobile' to work. Each time I access the application the red screen comes up and then it asks me if I want to upgrade or not. When I choose yes it takes me to the market. I've upgraded and still the same thing. If I choose cancel the app closes. I would like to be able to check my data usage but I can't seem to get this to work. I have uninstalled the upgrade but the same thing happens. Any help anyone might have would be greatly appreciated. I have searched but was not able to find out any solutions.

I just tried to clear the cache but the button is not highlighted. I did hit clear data and force stop. All it did was send a notification about adding a widget. When I tried to open the application, same thing, it thinks I need to upgrade again.

Thanks to all the feedback and suggestions!
We are aware of the issue with "My Verizon" not loading properly on this particular device since the Gingerbread update and we are working diligently to provide a fix.
Thank you, again, for your patience and service with Verizon Wireless!

How's that fix coming along? It's now July 18.
I have brand new DINC2 with G-bread update and very annoying Verizon Mobile update nonsense everytime I try to open phone.
Can't remove - can't update.
Please advise.
Thanks.
