My Verizon app not working or updating

Hi everyone,
I'm having a problem trying to access My Verizon with the app that's pre-installed (v4.0) on my Droid X. When I run it I get an error that says: "Your MDN could not be validated, Please try later." I've been trying since yesterday and still get this error.
When I tried to install the update in the App Store hoping that would cure my error (v5.0), it gets most of the way through the install, then tells me that the update was "unsuccessful."
I just got off the phone with Tech Support and they tried it on two different X's and they had the same problem. They said it must be a software (app) problem along with the support site that the app connects too.
How many out there are experiencing this problem?

I am also having this problem. When you click on the "Install Unsuccessful" message, you will get a secondary error message that states: "Install Failed, Security Certificate Not Signed Correctly". I hope that Verizon fixes this error soon. According to the reviews, there are some people that are getting this to install, so this error might be limited to the newer Android Phones.

Does anyone know the roll-out time for this update (or when this update should be available)? I am still stuck with version 1.13.516 ...
