Have you tried to go to Settings > Sound > Volume and turn volume up?
Yes. Each time it drops back. I have to reboot the phone to get it to stay and after a while it drops back down.
Are you using any audio managers, I used one I can set the device to automatically change volume setting during a curtain time, like when I am at work and then turns back up.
