Has anyone had a problem with their Droid 2 staying closed? I haven't even had mine 3 weeks, yet, and it seems like it is sliding open too easy. It isn't a problem now, but I'm afraid that it will only get worse. Anybody else??
i havent had a problem with my droid 2 sliding open easily. ive had mine since september. it may be a manufacturing error. take it to verizon or whoever you have insurance with ( i use best buy its cheaper) and if they cant fix it im sure they will replace it for you.
I would agree with Holly, this is a physical issue you may have to get replaced.

if your not having a problem with it now make sure you have insurance in case the problem persists so that you can get itreplaced without having to pay full price for another phone because the insurance that comes by default with the phone is onlyabout 90 days i believe. i wouldnt worry about the slider opening up to easy getting worse. if anything it may start to get harder toopen due to use. i text a lot (upwards of 1400 text a month including email) and i found this to be the case.
