Suddenly my phone is not ringing and I don't know why. Please help

It took a while to find the right apps to disconnect the wifi (didn't have bluetooth) but it did work. Thank you.
Help is right here, front and center Dsharrd! May I ask what model device do you have? Is there any physical or liquid damage on the device? Try turning off bluetooth and wifi, reboot, and retest. Keep us posted.
