The screen on my phone won't come on, but the phone is vibrating as calls and messages come through, I just can't see it to answer or open messages.
when you turn it on can you see anything?
maybe the display went out
if its not showing bubbles or lines like a cracked lcd i would call and get a replacement

How long has your screen been blank? Have you tried removing the battery for a few minutes? Has there been any damage to the phone? Did you notice the screen going out after accessing a certain app on the phone?
If the screen does not turn on after removing the battery we may need to look into replacement options. If you’re under warranty and there is no damage we can replace the phone at no cost.
