MyVerizon Log-in Issue

I am having an issue on my Droid X with logging into MyVerizon app. It asks me to log in, but the touch screen keypad for typing in the information disappears beofre I can enter anything. Is anyone else having this issue? Thank you.

Hey a2droid!

That is a great app and we want to give you all the access possible to it! I am sorry about your login problems. I would try and uninstall the application or the updates for the My Verizon app as shown here http://bit.ly/Uo9faf. Then please go into the Google Play Store and redownload the application. That should update it and allow you to log on. You don't have any issues logging in on the computer, correct? Please keep us posted. Thanks!

Thank you, Michelle.

I did an update to My Verizon app and it did solve the issue. It did seem like it was an issue with some glitch in the load of the app.
