I am having an issue on my Droid X with logging into MyVerizon app. It asks me to log in, but the touch screen keypad for typing in the information disappears beofre I can enter anything. Is anyone else having this issue? Thank you.
Hey a2droid!That is a great app and we want to give you all the access possible to it! I am sorry about your login problems. I would try and uninstall the application or the updates for the My Verizon app as shown here http://bit.ly/Uo9faf. Then please go into the Google Play Store and redownload the application. I did an update to My Verizon app and it did solve the issue. It did seem like it was an issue with some glitch in the load of the app.
