This “Swiss army knife” does a lot of things but it does not do any really well. First things first it is to be a phone. I have less reception in areas I know well, like my house. Before not an issue, now I get broken reception and calls.
Missed call notification. I can not believe this; I went into the Verizon store to find out how to set missed call notification to remind me until I respond to a missed call. You can not do it they told me. It notifies you when you miss the call one time. Now I ask you what good is that. You missed the call at the time for some reason. I need to know I missed a call until I respond to it.
Hopefully someone who can suggest software updates can get this basic problem on the list of basic things to correct for customers.
