National Access Coverage Not Available message when sending/receiving picture message

I have checked the version of software.. I have the right version..

I have removed battery and left it out for 30 minutes..

I have done the *228 and reprogrammed the phone and then did the 2nd option to update it.. and nothing has helped.

I have provided some information below that may help provided the steps you had already completed.

 

Step 1 – Ensure you have a sufficient signal (3-5 bars) and are receiving data  (test the browser of the device).

 

Step 2 – Try the device in safe mode. Safe mode is a method that allows the device to run without non-essential applications. This is beneficial for troubleshooting 3rd party applications.

***If sending a message works while in safe mode, then you may have an application that is not native to the device causing the issue.

 

Step 3 – Reset the gallery application (this will not remove your personal pictures; however it is always recommended to keep them backed up on your memory card)

Step 4 – Hard reset - Performing a hard reset will remove ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary.
